We help local government teams create better digital content in LocalGov Drupal by working alongside the people who publish it every day.
Whether you’re a council launching a new website, improving an existing service or a digital agency delivering a LocalGov Drupal project, we bring practical content design expertise that helps teams build confidence, improve consistency and develop sustainable publishing practices.
We work in partnership with The Digital Word, a content design consultancy led by Ben. We’ve worked together for several years on large-scale content migration projects for councils, combining our experience to offer organisations greater capacity, broader expertise and more hands-on support.
Content design is rarely a solo activity. Working as a partnership allows us to challenge and develop ideas together, share responsibility across different areas of a project and provide teams with a wider range of experience. It also means we can support larger and more complex pieces of work without losing the collaborative, personal approach that matters to us.
Services for councils
We offer these services in collaboration with the Digital Word. We mostly deliver these courses online. If you prefer them in-person, there will be added costs.
Package: Content patterns in practice
Build consistency through real content, not generic training.
Working alongside your content team, we'll develop reusable content patterns using live content requests. By embedding good practice into day-to-day work, your team will gain the confidence and tools to publish consistently long after the engagement ends.

Ongoing support that builds confident, capable content teams.
We become an extension of your team, pairing with staff on real content requests, coaching them through publishing decisions and helping embed better content practices into everyday work.
